  Our rates vary depending on the number of people training together.

PERSONAL TRAINING

One person, R 330 per hour.

PARTNER TRAINING

Two people training together will cost R 440 per hour.

GROUP TRAINING

Three or more people training together will start at R 550 per hour increasing by R 110 per person training together. We prefer not to train more than 4 people together, but exceptions can be made.

PHYSICAL AND FITNESS ASSESSMENTS

These assessments are included in the above mentioned services, but will cost

R 350 per person if interested in only this service.

BOOTCAMP

It is a fun yet motivating way to exercise with friends. It usually consist of stretching, cardio, high intensity interval training, etc. Kindly note that bootcamps do not have personalized exercise programs, but are rather split according to fitness level, i.e. beginner, intermediate and advance. Boot camp is done in groups of 5 to 10 people for an hour, priced at R 110 per person.

KETTLEBELL TRAINING

Kettlebell training is a great way to train, it is safe and suitable for men and women of all ages. Kettlebell training helps build muscle, burns fat and improves performance in other sports.

We focus on Strength Kettlebell Training, that includes the Swing, Get-up, Squat and Snatch exercises.

Please note that all these costs are subject to distance and time taken to travel to each client. If the client is "out of the way" extra costs can be charged to make up for fuel and time spent on the road.
